Great location and comfy beds. The hotel was located in the center of the city. Easy walk to Mallebar Brasserie, where you can have lunch. Thanks to lifeguard.
Nothing, all was good.
Our superior room included heating, a sitting area and an ironing set.
Fantastic base for 1 night in Plymouth, great hotel. Jenney Pond is near to the property. Have a drink at the downstairs bar.
The street, it was noisy. The only downside is that air conditioning was a bit noisy.
Friendly helpful staff, good location,parking
The hotel is clearly in need of a refurbishment with very tired carpets and decor. The Spa area was fun but also in need of upgrade. The food was wholesome but like so many places in USA the coffee is far too weak and access to expresso coffee would be great for those of us from Europe who like to be able to detect caffeine in their coffe.
The location, & frienliness of the staff. Also, the food was very good .
Swimming pool is excellent, especially for kids.
The carpet in room is a little old. It should be replaced.
The perfect location for this Historic town.
The hotel could do with a bit of a make over. It is starting to look a bit dated. Hotel restaurant definitely needs a refurb job.
The Inn is very tired and needs a renovation. To charge $177.00 a night and demand payment in advance is a clue that place is not up to par. When the Pinehills adds their convention center hotel you will be at a loss. We were afraid we would get sick from mold in ceiling, thin dingy looking sheets. Room smelled of mold and mildew. Lobby is univiting and pervasive smell of mold is apparent as soon as you open inn doors.
See above. Looked like a Welfare hotel.
Friendly staff, good location, impresive appearance and old world ambiance and charm.
Room lacked a view and some privacy. It was however very quiet.
Good lighting in the bathroom. Good quality carpet.
Fussy busy overdone tired decor in our room. Mirror frame obviously broken for some time.
Very family friendly. Great for our grandchildren, who we were visiting.
It was a very comfortable place to stay and was a great value. The breakfast was good also.
Big rooms, four poster beds, front desk manner, bar staff.
My favorite part was that we experienced to be some paranormal activity on the third floor. Don't get me wrong, we wanted that! The hotel is nice and reasonably priced.
The bartender seemed un-experienced, but very friendly. The bar did not have "Makers Mark" bourbon...which was okay, I drank something else. The thing that I did not like was on two separate occasions, two separate young caucasion bar backs, or other hotel workers seemed to treat the young bartender (black) poorly while we were sitting on the bar stools. Maybe that is a "Plymouth Mass" thing, but I'm from California and I can't stand poorly treated/or racial discrimination, especially as a guest. Maybe the two nice looking young white men thought it was cool to treat the bartender poorly in front of my pretty 21 year old daughter at the bar. Well, it wasn't cool and it bugged her too. Please talk to your staff about this...its very disturbing. We were at the bar drinking and having dinner on July 22, 2012 Sunday. It was dinnertime.
The smell in the rooms and the quite old fashioned interieur.
